A little disappointed - by , Apr 19, 2015

Shopping for my third pair in under two years. Last two pair were the Wellington SteelToe Slip-Resistant boot. First pair had issues with the sole de-laminating within eight months of daily wear. The second pair lasted a bit longer though holes in the leather have appeared along the crease on the inside and outside of the boot as well as the toe. Hope to maybe upgrade to a more expensive boot hoping they're more durable than these have been.

They rub up and down on my heel, and water gets in through the sole. Had them for just over as month. Guess you get what you pay for.

The best boot(shoe) - by , Oct 22, 2014

I've had been a loyal customer of Wolverine, and been wearing the Wellington 10 in. Steel-toes for over ten years now. The craftsmanship is great, with the exception of the inner heel section. Despite being my only choice of shoe, I could never ask for a better boot(tool). Thanks.....

My Wolverine boots are very comfortable but the soles are falling apart I've been wearing them only a month I'm applying glue to the soles weekly just so I can continue to wear them. the last pair of Wolverine boots I bought two years ago will have to replace these new ones because their still going strong.

Just got these boots for Christmas and i have to say, the quality is much better than my old Walmart special boots. I still gotta break 'em in good but i doubt my review will change.

I would give them a zero if it would let me!!! I run equipment for a living i bought these boots in mid june and the rubber is peeling from the sole and the ball of my feet has already worn the lugs off. I wanted to save some money and not buy redwings but this time i learned my lesson you get what you pay for.

I've worn this boot exclusively for six years now. It's by far the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned when it comes to everything you'd wear a boot for. In fact, the only way you could improve it would be to better secure the bit of leather behind the heel. It typically starts coming off at about six months of daily use and requires some precision work with a long knife or a new pair of boots to fix. Still, the boots are fantastic. I'm a lumberjack and the steel toe has saved me numerous times with dropped sections of trunk, mishaps with hydraulic splitters, and in one notable incident a dropped anvil.

These are great boots.!! If you need a great boot to get you through oil field death match summers I highly recommend these. The only downside is do not kick a shovel to hard. Thats because I have what looks like a nail coming backwards through the sole. I bought a pair of the Crawfords to hold me while mine are in the repair shop.. I will tell you how they are in the future..

Had my Wolverine® Slip Resistant Steel-Toe Electrical Hazard 10" Wellington for just over a year. Where them at least 6 days a week, but for some reason the tread is seperating from the bottom of my boot. I dont abuse them by any means just wear them alot, no reason for this to happen. Hoping i just got a bad pair.
