We will gladly accept your free return or exchange of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of the date of shipment.

Exchanges and returns are free! Exchange orders will be canceled after 21 days (from submission) if not received.

  • Exchanges can only be made for the same product, different size, color, or width.
  • If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock (item, color, or size), please follow the returns process for a full refund.
  • We are only able to accept one product exchange. If your new product still doesn’t work for you, it must be returned.


Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email to confirm a successful return. A credit should appear on your credit card, or original method of payment, within two billing cycles.


The online return process will require a printer. Once you complete the return process, a PDF download of the shipping label and return document will be available to print. Please attach the return label to your package and keep a copy of return documentation for tracking purposes.

Gift Return or Exchange

If you have a gift that needs to be returned or exchanged, you will need BOTH the order number and the shipping zip code from the original purchase.

Damaged or Defective Product

We are sorry you are experiencing an issue with your product! A defective product is an imperfection from a manufacturing or design defect. If you believe you have received a defective product, please fill out the form below. A case number will be sent to your email following your form submission; a customer service member will be in touch with you shortly.

Gift With Purchase

Gifts with purchase are free, limited time gifts. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. If this item did not work for you, spread the love and give it to a friend!

Price Adjustments

If we (or a selected competitor) mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we'll gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date.

  • The item must be identical in color and size.
  • Price match up to 30% off
  • The Wolverine item must be in stock at a selected competitor and Wolverine
  • We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
  • We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, club, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as "marketplace" prices from third-party sellers.
  • We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services.
  • Items sold through a Wolverine Marketplace seller are not eligible for price matching or price adjustments.
  • We will only make one price adjustment per item.
  • Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
