My Wolverine boots are very comfortable but the soles are falling apart I've been wearing them only a month I'm applying glue to the soles weekly just so I can continue to wear them. the last pair of Wolverine boots I bought two years ago will have to replace these new ones because their still going strong.

This has to be the worst set of boots I have ever owned. I had to send the first pair in after two months because the heal slip guard on the back started to wear out. The new pair did the exact same thing. I've had these ones for a year now and besides the slip guard filing, now the stitching above my heal in the back of my right boot has split, opening it up to fill with water and snow. And th tread is already wore out.

This has to be the worst set of boots I have ever owned. I had to send the first pair in after two months because the heal slip guard on the back started to wear out. I bought these boots to replace my worn out Wolverines. The old pair have aged like iron but the support after a year has broken down. Bought a new pair at a local retail store. After a day or so i noticed the steel plate had shifted and is now digging between my two smallest toes. I love wolverines and have owned them for many years. At first the i thought the leather was a little tough (which is normal) so i put a conditioner on them to soften them a little. The store i purchased them at will not take them back so now I'm stuck.

I've been wearing these boots for three days now hoping they would have been broke in by now but i just can't wear them anymore.
The seam placement at the ankles are pressing in and rubbing under my ankles. I've had blood on my socks for three days.
Not to mention there is little to no padding for the soles. I'm a scaffold builder so i am on my feet 99% of the day and these are by far some of the worst boots I've ever purchased.

I bought a pair of these about 3 years ago and loved them. When they started wearing out finally I bought another about 5 or 6 months ago. Had a hard time getting the new ones on, the top of the shaft is smaller. Thought it might stretch out in time but they didn't. Is that a design change in the boot or did I just get a bad pair? After wearing them for 3 months they started hurting my heel. I am now back to wearing my old pair. I need to get a new before pair before winter. I'd buy this boot again if I knew for sure they would fit like my first pair.
p.s. 1 star for second pair, 5 for the first.

This boot is very uncomfortable and rubs on the side of your ankle. If you work at a desk job you would probably be fine but if you work on your feet then this is not the boot you want
