Discretion
Pro Deal program members agree to be discreet about their participation in this program; they will not mention it to anyone who does not also qualify for pro deal. Members who share any details of this program on social media will have their accounts immediately terminated. The privilege to purchase Wolverine at a special price is for the approved user and their immediate family only. Users agree not to use any retail store for fitting product or for returns. Membership in this program should be considered a privilege and never a right or entitlement; this is a partnership of mutual respect..
Special Pricing and Purchase Limits
Approved program members receive special pricing on Wolverine/Bates footwear and apparel/accessories. Each product will show the original price with a strikethrough and the discounted price will be listed in red. The discount is not shown in the cart. It can be found in the Order Summary under You Saved. Approved accounts are valid for one year from the date of approval and will have a yearly purchase limit.
Product Availability
Retail orders always take priority. We reserve the right to limit product availability.
Exclusions
1000 Mile, Collaborations and E-cards are NOT eligible for ProDeal pricing.
Placing Orders
Orders must be placed using the email address associated with your ProDeal account.
Payment Information
The payment methods currently accepted are Visa, MaterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also accept prepaid gift cards and Wolverine gift/eCards. *Prepaid gift cards and debit/credit cards must be registered with the user’s current address.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via FedEx at the member’s expense.
Order Status/Confirmation
Once an order has been submitted an automated order confirmation email will be sent to the email address used to place the order. An automated shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped. To check the status of an order, select Order Status in the dropdown menu below HELP in the upper right-hand corner of the website. Please note that ProDeal orders are not stored in the Order History section on the website.
Exchanges/Returns/Cancellations
All ProDeal orders are final sale. Wolverine Worldwide Inc. does not accept exchanges or returns of ProDeal orders. Our system will not allow changes or cancellations once the order has begun processing. Program members agree to double check their orders before submitting.
By participating in the program, you agree to receive periodic email marketing. You may opt out any time.
Account Suspension/Termination
We have the right to suspend or terminate a member's account at any time if we believe the member is abusing the program or no longer employed in the industry. Members will be notified via e-mail regarding suspension/termination. We have the right to periodically contact a member's 'proof of employment' to verify employment.
Account Status Notification
We will notify applicants regarding account status via e-mail within three weeks of the application date.
