Wolverine x Jordan Davis Trades Tour – Grant Program Guidelines
Wolverine World Wide, Inc. (“Wolverine”) and the Jordan Davis Trades Tour have partnered to launch a grant program aimed at supporting locally owned trades businesses that are driving positive impact in their communities. Grants will be awarded through an application and review process which is detailed below.
1. Purpose
The Wolverine x Jordan Davis Trades Tour Grant Program (“Program”) is designed to support locally owned trades businesses by providing select businesses with a grant package to advance their work and impact in their local community (the “Grant Purpose”).
2. Applications
Applications may be submitted by anyone on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party. Applications are submitted by completing the application linked in Section 5 below, between May 7th, 2025–June 7th, 2025.
By submitting an application, the individual submitting confirms that they have the authority to submit the application and agree to the conditions described herein.
3. Eligibility
Nominee must be a business that meets all of the following criteria (the “Eligibility Criteria”):
- Have between 5–50 employees
- Have been in operation for at least five (5) years
- Be locally owned and operated in the United States of America
- Be involved in its local community
- Have a good standing reputation in its local community
While adherence to the Eligibility Criteria is strongly encouraged, Wolverine reserves the right to make exceptions to the eligibility requirements in cases where the proposed use of the grant demonstrates exceptional merit, innovation, or potential for significant community benefit.
4. Grant Amount
Each selected recipient will receive a grant package as follows:
- A grant of $7,500
- $2,500 in Wolverine® boots and gear for their team
- VIP experience for ten (10) people at a Jordan Davis tour stop in their area (See Section 14 for tour stops)
- Promotion of their business on the pre-show screen and official Jordan Davis Trades Tour t-shirt sold at tour stops
Funds must be used for the Grant Purpose outlined above and in the proposal for use of the grant included in the application. The Wolverine® boots and gear, VIP experience and promotion of the recipient’s business on screen and on a t-shirt are being granted as part of the entire grant package and as a non-monetary benefit in recognition of the recipient’s selection based on merit and alignment with Program goals.
5. Application Process
Applications must be submitted via https://www.wolverine.com/US/en/trades-tour by June 7, 2025.
Required materials include:
- Completed application form
- Proposal for use of the grant
6. Selection Criteria
Applications will be evaluated based on the Eligibility Criteria and the proposal for use of the grant.
The number of grants awarded will be in Wolverine’s sole and absolute discretion. All decisions to award or not award grants are made at the sole discretion of Wolverine and are final and not appealable.
7. Notification and Disbursement
- Grant recipients will be notified by July 15, 2025
- Funds will be disbursed within 4 days of acceptance of the award
8. Reporting Requirements
Grant recipients must submit a final report by October 15, 2025, detailing how grant funds were used.
9. Terms and Conditions
- Funds must be used solely for the purposes described in the application
- Grants are non-transferable and may not be reassigned
- Wolverine reserves the right to revoke or adjust awards if the terms are violated
- Recipients must comply with all local, state, and federal regulations
10. Privacy Policy
By submitting an application, applicant agrees to the collection and use of their information in accordance with Wolverine’s Privacy Policy, including receiving emails about this Program.
11. Publicity and Acknowledgement
Wolverine reserves the right to use recipient information and project outcomes for promotional and reporting purposes.

13. Selection Discretion
Wolverine reserves the sole and absolute discretion to select grant recipients based on the criteria outlined in these Grant Program Guidelines or any other considerations it deems relevant. Wolverine further reserves the right not to award any grants if, in its judgment, none of the applications meet the standards, goals, or expectations of the Program. All decisions made by Wolverine regarding the selection of recipients are final and not subject to appeal or review.
