i just bought these boots, i have worn them around our house and yard, they r the most comfortable boots i have had. I am going on a quail -chukar-duck hunt and i feel like they will do great, i bought the 8 inch 600 gram insalation because i live in southern california. wearing them around our place is great, i cant wait to take them out-very comfortable, and after the duck hunt i will be able to reveiw on the waterproofness, i wanted redheads due to brand loyalty but i thin i might have found a new brand of boot!

I've used these boots for about 4 weeks and although they look nice and are warm when dry...they have leaked and gotten water inside every single time the outside gets wet and my feet get cold. To make matters worse, the water is merely from the morning dew on grass as I walk through it. To add further disappointment, the rubber on the toes has started seperating from the boot itself and is starting to fall off. I use my boots for my K9 training and since we track and do obedience in the grass in the morning, my feet are constantly wet for the entirety of the day. I expected much more from a name like Wolverine, especially for the $150 dollars that I spent on them. My recommendation would be not to buy these boots unless you intend on buying two pairs so that when one gets wet (and it will) you'll have a dry pair to change into. Oh and invest in some extra socks to bring along with you because they'll be wet too. Wolverine used to make quality products, but apparently something has changed and that policy has gone to the wayside.
Wolverine's Reply: We apologize for the many issues you have had with the footwear. We will be in contact shortly to see how we can help. Thank you.
