Comfort
Weak Leather - by , Dec 01, 2015
2/ 5 Stars
I have had these boots for roughly 3-4 months. After I got them broke in all was good. They fit comfortably and gripped good too. Then I started realizing how weak/soft the leather was on the toe. Then I noticed today that on the back of the boot, by your a achillies on the boot, about 4 inches up the leather ripped. And not just on one of the boots, but both in the same spot proving that this must just be a ridiculous weak point in the leather/stitching or something. This was kinda my breaking point on making me a return customer.

Product defective and not good wear - by , Jan 10, 2017
2/ 5 Stars
I submitted one review already but done seem to find it anywhere so I will not be as detailed in this one but no happy with my boot purchase. These are my favorite pair style of boots but my last two pair including the ones I am currently wearing have torn at the seam above the ankle on both pairs. It happened a few months after I purchased them but they are so expensive I have just dealt with them now for almost 2 years. I find myself wanted and need to purchase another pair of boots but cant bring myself to buy another pair of these. Any feedback or options?

Extremely comfortable, but not as durable - by , May 06, 2015
3/ 5 Stars
I purchased these boots roughly 8 months ago. I wear them nearly everyday for at least 10 hours, except in the winter which they were used much less. When I first starting using them they were a bit stiff but broke in very quickly. Whether I am landscaping or doing maintenance on the ski hill, my feet are extremely comfortable. The contour welt conveniently locks on to materials that are 2" wide or less whether it be a 2x4, square metal tubing, small logs and branches, or rungs on a latter. Needless to say the boots are very stable and have a good amount of grip. An oily floor is no match for these boots, I do not think I have slipped once on a shop floor while wearing them. I can be working on top of a tower and comfortably stand up knowing my boots will hold me in place. The water proofing is superb. While mowing lawns or installing hardscapes, there is usually water in the form of dew, rain, or from irrigation. The only time my feet get wet is from sweating in them. Even while working at the ski hill in the winter my feet did not become wet. There is one problem with them. After owning the boots for 5 months or so they began to fall apart, which I feel is very premature. The stitching had begun to come undone and in certain areas the leather was tearing. By now, 8 months laters, my boots look like they are ready to throw in the towel. Maybe the pair I had purchased was just a poorly constructed one. They are still as comfortable and waterproof as when I got them. I would rate them higher but due to the quality of the stitching and leather, I feel 3 out of 5 stars is fair.

No Arch Support. - by , Feb 08, 2017

The Boot looks great. Fits great. Not to stiff. The steel toe does not dig into your foot. Cant even tell there is a steel toe in it. The only thing is there is no arch support. Maybe I missed something in the description before ordering but it feels totally flat footed. I like a good arch support. I would have gave it a 5 if it had arch support. I would recommend wolverine to a friend but I would not recommend this boot.

Great quality - by , Oct 10, 2016

These boots are made of genuine leather. They hold up well with my line of work on and off the job, yet stylish enough to sport in town as well. I would recommend a pack of gel inserts after your first couple of weeks breaking them in. Highly recommend as your all-in-one boot for years to come. Now if only I could get rid of this squeak that won't seem to go away.

Today I just got my new work boots that I ordered earlier in the week and they are just as I always expect from Wolverine. I have ordered footwear from you guys before and I am always pleased with the quality of your products. Durable and multifunctional. I always turn to Wolverine first to sew what I can find in what I need relating to at work or at home, inside or outdoors. I cant wait to try these boots out at work this coming week.

Hard Working Man On Concrete ALL Day - by , Dec 30, 2009
5/ 5 Stars
This is my 2nd pair of Wolverine Multishox boots in the last 3 years. (needed a another pair to swap out every other day) I work inside on concrete and outside on asphalt all day, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. I have owned Red Wings, Timberlands, Danners, etc. For concrete...there is no other boot I would buy but the Wolverine Multishox! COMFORT and STABILITY are what I require. There has never been another boot that has ever servered me so very well. I am converting others and I stand by what I say. The Wolverine Multishox are the optimal boot for working on hard surfaces. I drive heavy equipment, kick steel around, walk in water 3-5 inches deep and my Wolverine Multishox have "had my back" or...my feet, every time. I am brutal on boots. Period. I can honestly say I would never buy another line of boots for what I do.

Are these boots metatarsal guard? It says they are but in the details it doesn't say anything about it.

I had recently purchased these for work and they are extremely comfortable and useful, but I did have one problem, a rivet has already popped out after 3 days of light/moderate working. Is this normal?
