Wolverine introduces the Ironwood Jacket, providing ultimate comfort and versatility

Rockford, Mich., – Wolverine, the more than 130-year-old Michigan-based brand known for its quality work boots and apparel, introduces the Ironwood Jacket.  The Ironwood keeps cold at bay with a warm sherpa lining and storm cuffs at the neck, wrists, and waist to seal in warmth and create a barrier from the cold.

The Ironwood provides easy movement thanks to a fully gusseted bi-swing back and articulated elbows. This jacket has easy access to pockets and a quick close feature thanks to magnetic closures.

“When creating the Ironwood jacket, we challenged ourselves to add as many functional features to one jacket as possible, and still make it look great,” said Jen Vanderploeg, designer for Wolverine Brand Apparel. “The 10 oz. duck canvas provides a rugged and durable exterior and the hidden rib storm cuffs, collar and waistband seal in warmth and create a barrier to keep the wind from blowing into the jacket.  Magnetic closures on all exterior pockets are easy to open, secure all your stuff and keep work debris out.”

The Ironwood Jacket is made of 100% cotton duck canvas and features rolled shoulders, a three-piece hood with metal tip draw cord, and comes prewashed to minimize shrinkage. Available now on wolverine.com and at select retailers in two colorways, bison and chestnut, in men’s sizes M-XXL.
