This was the only boot I could find that fit my work requirements and I am glad I did! Insulated and water proof with the slip resistant will make this winter the best yet.

I needed cute boots that are practical as I’m into a variety of things. My foot is kind of thin, but I still feel that the boot fits my feet well and I didn’t need to size up or down (I normally wear an 8). I haven’t had a problem with the boots being cold, in fact I think they’re warm! I’ve romped in muddy water and my feet still were dry, so the boots are true to the waterproof label. I’m very happy with my purchase. I will say though, the sole is not as supportive as I would like, but it’s not terrible. If support is an issue, a sole insert would probably be needed. Personally, I’ll probably get a thin sole insert for the boots eventually.

The Good and The Not So Good - by , Feb 19, 2019

I searched for many hours to find a warm, well-made, durable winter boot. I finally settled on the Woverine Blackhorns. The boot is well made, sturdy, although I think the soles are glued, which will eventually come apart. Fit was perfect, and they are reasonably comfortable. Definitely waterproof. All good things. Now the downside. They offer little to no support for the arches. They feel hard inside and legs ache after half an hour. I might have remedied that with some kind of inner sole, which I would not have minded. The worst thing about them is that they are NOT WARM. I sat/walked around outside on my porch in them on a particularly cold day. I wore two pairs of socks. Inside of 30 minutes, my toes were so frozen I couldn't take it anymore. Since warmth was the most important reason I bought these boots, and since they did not deliver on warmth, I have returned them. I was really hoping they worked out. I still have no warm winter boots :-( Also, I've no idea what this site's Terms and Conditions are, because when I click on the link, it just opens up a sales page with all kinds of footwear products.

Great fitting boot! - by , Nov 06, 2018

I just bought a set of these today and so far, they have been great. Very comfortable right out of the box and they look/ feel like good quality boots. One thing I would consider if youre looking to buy these, is the size. I almost always wear a 10 1/2 boot but it was massive on me. I had to go down to a 9 1/2 in this boot for it to fit correct!
