layer of wood from the barrel that
aged Van Winkle bourbon for at least
a decade.

With a deep grey-black tone, the
Horween Deville leather upper

barrels that give Old Rip Van Winkle
bourbon its distinctive flavor.

Wolverine and Old Rip Van Winkle are back for a third batch of 1000 Mile collaboration boots to celebrate the work that goes into crafting the coveted bourbon with a new limited-release boot that draws inspiration from bourbon barrels.

• Custom bourbon barrel wood piece layered into the heel stack - the same barrels the famous Old Rip Van Winkle bourbon is aged in
• Upper made with premium Deville leather from Horween Leather Company in Chicago, Illinois
• Individually numbered Old Rip Van Winkle Distillery tag on the tongue makes each pair unique
• Classic leather outsole with a Vibram® rubber tap sole and heel from Williamsport, Pennsylvania
• Includes two sets of laces: rawhide and flat waxed cotton
• Time-tested Goodyear™ Welt construction is durable, flexible, and allows the boot to be resoled for years of wear
