Most Helpful Critical Review

Love the way the boot feels. BUT I have bought two pair in the last 1 1/2 years. Both pairs the bottoms have cracked all the way across. Not good for a gore-tex boot. I wear boots everyday to work in. So for light wear this might not be a bad boot. But not for everyday.

Just received my new pair today Saturday 8-18-12. I have purchased wolverines in the past with great success. This is my first pair with the Gore-Tex lining, so I am really excited about that. Right out of the box, just looking at the boot, you can see the quality that has been put into this boot. When I tried them on, the feel was great & I think from past experience, that I am going to sincerely like this pair of boots. My job gives a pair of boots a great working out, so I will be back to do an an update reviewing of this boot. I have seen reviews where people complain about the boot laces, I would like to note here, that I wore out the soles of my last wolverines, but the boot laces held up fine & I will be able to save them to use at a later date if needed. Do your boots a great favor by using a boot dressing or using a silicone spray, this will extend the life of your boots. Alright guys & gals, time to quit loafing around & get to work, tighten up, lets go. Wish everyone great luck & success with their new wolverines.
