Most Helpful Positive Review

This is probably the tenth pair of Wolverine boots that I have owned. I'll admit I was worried about ordering the composite toe model without trying them on, but I was very pleasntly supprised by the comfort of these boots. Right out of the box, and off to work (it was 108 F that day). But as usual my Wolverines felt great. Still a loyal customer.

Most Helpful Critical Review

I got these in the first week of Sept. 2013 in Cleveland, OH in preparation for a winter work season hoping that I'd finally find some waterproof boots. I was happy for the first two months, only damp socks on snowy / rainy days. Just today at work (December 20, 2013) These boots tore at the seam in the toe where the black composite material meets the leather part near where the shoelaces start. I'm extremely disappointed in this shoe, it seemed to pop because of all the crouching I need to do every day, just seemed to be too much stress on the material. I had a decent pair of Wolverines before and was happy enough, but this experience is going to push me from the company. For almost $200 it seems flimsy to break after 3 months of use. I wish I would have purchased another pair of Danner's to replace the pair that finally wore out after two years. Thumbs down big time, look for a different style. Wolverine seems ok enough if you can't afford Danner but stay away from this style.
Wolverine's Reply: We are so sorry to hear that you are having issues with the seam of your boots. We will be in touch with you very soon to assist with this.

Most comfortable boot..ever By Anonymous 12/17/2014
Thank you -- for making a boot which lives-up to the statements on your tags. As a resident of Northeast Wyoming working in the mine & railroad industries, I experience all kinds of conditions -- cold, wet, hot, dry, rocky and paved. I wear my boots 14 - 15 hours per day (7 days on/7 days off). I have paid more (double) for boots but have yet to wear a pair as comfortable as these. Great grip and protection (from water & cuts/scrapes). I am very pleased and will definitely consider purchasing another pair.
