My wife is a nurse, while she originally wasn't a fan of the overall look, once she wore them she was sold. She is on here feet all day long and she just raves about how comfortable they are all day long. The heal disk is great for her to since she usually wears out the inside of her shoes really fast, the disk helps correct her foot position.

The positive aspects of this shoe are that they have a good grip on slippery surfaces as advertised, they clean easily and they are initially very comfortable. The comfort doesn't last unfortunately because the shoe offers no support. After a few hours of standing at work my feet and knees and start aching. I will try changing out the insole for ones that offer support and see if that helps but the lack of any rigidity in the arch of the shoe makes me doubt it will help much. These shoes may be great for someone with normal/high arches. If you have low arches or close to flat feet like me, look elsewhere.

Absolutely love these, as well as the oxford. I am a busy RN and they are comfortable shift after shift. I am on my second pair now. I had heel surgery in May and these shoes are great for exercising my foot ligaments and muscles. These shoes even look well with casual slacks for a night out!
