As far as warmth goes. They are nice so far but that is still to be seen. Its got down to -15 celsius so far and forcast for -50 in December/January her in the south gobi desert. The cons are the soles. They are hard in the cold and snow/ice/mud packs into the treads causing them to be very heavy and track indoors. The soles are also very slick on metal and tile. I think the soles should have been better researched in my opinion. I will end with they are very comfortable to wear.

These boots are very nice boots. They feel like just the right amount of weight, very comfortable, very warm, very tough truly almost perfect. I am a dog walker and I hike a lot on conservations and some days I am walking on a foot of snow and these boots do great. But these boots are NOT waterproof. I don't care what Wolverine says, these boots leaked water the first day I put them on. Thats why I said, make them waterproof and these boots will be rated 10 stars out of 5, in my opinion, if these boots did not leak these would be the BEST boots ever.

They will also be better if offered with steel or composite toe. In my job line we are required to have either steel or compposite toes in our boots to be able to wear them.
