Wondering what to do this weekend? We have a couple of ideas... two of our favorite retailers are hosting Wolverine 1000 Mile launch parties and you know what that means... boots and beer!
If you are in Texas you need to head to Luther's in Austin. The fine folks are Luther's are hosting a launc party featuring the Wolverine 1000 Mile Boot and a few new boots they brought in special for the event! Make sure you stop by and say hello, have a cocktail and enjoy this fabulous store!
If you are going to be LA this weekend, you are in luck as well! Wolverine is proud to announce that Craft Workwear is now carrying the 1000 Mile Boots (all three colors) and we are celebrating with a launch event! Stop by the store and try on a pair of boots, grab a beer and enjoy the music of Alyasha and King Solomon! Click here for the details!
And for everyone in the NYC, stop by Cockpit for a special trunk show featuring several styles of the Wolverine 1000 Mile Collection. The guys at Cockpit are great, and will be happy to answer all your questions and help you try on a pair or two! They will be there from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. Saturday (652 Broadway).

It's Official! Last week we had the unveiling of the Original 1000 Mile Boot at the Scoop NYC Men’s store in the west village. The event was great, and the feedback on the collection was overwhelmingly positive! Guests enjoyed some great food and drink and were entertained by the fabulous Gregory Lynch who was spinning some amazing tunes! In addition, the shoes are getting some great attention lately from Men.Style.com and Uncrate, just to name a few. Keep in mind, the only shoes available at retail right now are the 1000 Mile Boots in brown, and only at Scoop NYC stores. The rest of the line will be available later this fall and if you sign up through our website we will be sure to let you know where you can get the other styles. Please be patient… they are coming soon! Check out some photos below.

We launched the 1000 Mile Collection at NYC's Carnegie Club. Invited guests enjoyed great food and drinks and were served up their first look at the 1000 Mile Collection. We were very happy to be able to showcase our collection to this distinguished group which included retailers, editors, bloggers and stylists from around the city. We spent the evening answering questions and presenting the vision for the line. Our VP of Product Design, Roger Huard, was on hand to answer questions and brag a little about his latest project. The feedback we have received thus far has been overwhelmingly positive... and most people can’t wait to get their hands on their own pair of shoes for their personal wardrobe. On top of that we already have a list of editors who have requested the shoes for their upcoming fall photo shoots. Here are some photos from the event.
