Frequently Asked Questions

What if I think I have a defective product?
If you are unsatisfied with your product, please return your product to your store of purchase. The store will arrange with the distributors of Wolverine in Australia as to whether the product can be assessed and replaced. If possible repairs may be taken out. Items with excessive wear and tear, material breakdown from extended time and/or use, or improper care will not be considered for a warranty.

How do I return or exchange Wolverine Products?
Please refer to the store of purchase for their return and exchange policies.

How do I know what size I wear?
Fit is an essential ingredient in footwear. Properly fitted Wolverine shoes and boots will be comfortable to wear right out of the box; they don't need to be ''broken in'". There are a few simple guidelines that if followed can make the process easy.

Tap your heel back in the heel cap and lace the boot. The boot should feel snug across the ball, around the instep and in the heel. The arch should be comfortably supported and the toes should be free to wiggle and curl.

The toes should not jam into the front of the boot. Check this by lightly tapping the toe of the boot into the floor. If the boot fits correctly, the toes should gently touch the end of the boot.

How should I clean my footwear?
In general we recommend the following guidelines

Cleaning: On a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After an extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic.

Drying: Open footwear fully, remove the insole and laces and dry at room temperature. Never expose to heat!

Conditioning: Recommended treatment depends on construction and materials of the footwear (most treatment do alter colour and appearance)

Is the colour I see on the website the actual colour of the shoe?
We strive to accurately represent the products featured on our site, but the actual colour and texture cannot always be conveyed properly with digital photography. Lighting and different monitor settings can also haven an impact on how the colour appears.
